King County WA purchaes mobile home park along flood-prone River

King County has acquired the Riverbend mobile home park that lies close to a flood-prone portion of the Cedar River in Maple Valley. The County is working to provide relocation benefits and assistance to affected tenants. The purchase price was $6.85MM. Read more here
