From 1983 to 1989 I personally brokered thousands of apartment units in the Orange and Riverside Counties of California as well as several large shopping centers. During my time as a regional manager for The Hanes Company (1985 – 1988), I also helped my sales associates with the brokerage of many apartment complexes, mobile home parks, shopping centers and office buildings in Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
