Free Market Analysis
As a courtesy to my existing and potential clients, I will happily prepare a free, no obligation and confidential analysis of your mobile home or RV park property. This is a “rough analysis” where I will look at the properties operating income and expenses, the quality of the property as well as the location in determining a rough estimate of the parks value in the current market.
Should you determine that you would like me to represent you in the marketing of your property, I would need to visit the property (without any contact with tenants or park management) and would perform an area rent survey to determine income potential for the property.
To perform a free market analysis, I will need the following:
- One full year operating expenses.
- A current rent-roll for the property
- A description of the property. For example, the quality of the property, is the park a 55+ facility, is the park on city water or well, does the tenant pay for all utilities etc.
